Job summary

Wind Creek Montgomery seeks a Benefits Specialist to administer leave programs and benefits for employees. You will process FMLA, ADA, USERRA requests, coordinate medical information, and maintain accurate benefits records.

Work closely with the Director of Compensation and Benefits to ensure enrollment accuracy and timely communications. The role may require odd hours, travel for training, and a Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Administers all aspects of leave programs and policies in accordance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA).
• Maintains HIPAA and Employee Privacy guidelines and coordinates medical information.
• Ensures timely return-to-work coordination and document submission for medical leave.
• Delivers high-quality employee service and supports the Compensation and Benefits team.
• Updates and maintains benefits files and communications across platforms.
• Coordinates with carriers to resolve benefits-related questions and issues.
• Updates intranet and benefits enrollment data in payroll systems.
