Job summary

Team Clean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Benefits & Leave Administrator to manage benefits, leaves, workers' compensation, and retirement programs for a diverse, multi-site workforce.

The role serves as the main liaison with employees, HR, Payroll, insurers, brokers and external partners, ensuring accurate and compliant program administration with discretion for confidential information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of benefits administration experience
• Experience administering FMLA and other employee leaves
• Experience with retirement plan/401(k) administration preferred
• Experience supporting a multi-site and/or unionized workforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and EAP
• Process enrollments, life-event changes, and terminations accurately and timely
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits communications
• Maintain benefits information in ADP Workforce Now and vendor systems
• Coordinate 401(k) retirement plan administration and reporting
• Administer employee leaves of absence including FMLA and other protected leaves
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ERISA
