Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an HR Generalist with a benefits focus to join our Westborough, MA team on a hybrid schedule. You will own day-to-day benefits administration, oversee FMLA and state paid leave programs, and ensure compliant HR practices for 300-400 employees.

Collaborative and people‑oriented, you’ll partner with the HR Director on employee relations, investigations, and documentation while staying current on employment laws and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with a strong benefits background
• Hands-on experience with FMLA and paid leave
• Experience with MA PFML and/or CT Paid Leave strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Employee relations experience
• Excellent communication, judgment and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Paycom experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor relationships
• Administer FMLA and state paid leave programs
• Apply and stay current on employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Partner with the HR Director on employee relations, investigations, performance matters and documentation
• Support employee engagement, culture and satisfaction initiatives
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
• Maintain HRIS records and support general HR operations
