Western Governors University is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support enrollment, eligibility, and administration of all employee benefit plans across the organization. The role involves providing high-quality customer service to employees nationwide and ensuring accurate data processing within HR systems.

The position focuses on comprehensive leave and accommodation case management, benefits program operations, audits, reporting, and collaboration with People & Talent partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with leave of absence and accommodations processes is required.
• Knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems and Workday is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management and administrative support for LOA and accommodations.
• Coordinate with managers, People & Talent, Benefits, and vendors.
• Assist with leave administration programs (FMLA, company leaves, disability).
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing on leave and accommodation processes.
