Job summary

ACL Digital in the United States is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence specialist to manage medical, parental and disability leaves across US and Canada. You will handle intake, tracking and compliance, and serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries using ServiceNow.

The role involves coordinating return-to-work, accommodations, and disability claims with Payroll, vendors and state agencies (CA EDD, IMSS), supporting audits and ensuring Total Rewards program compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years’ experience in US & Canada leave of absence and employee inquiry management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and absence management tools.
• Experience with California EDD filings; exposure to Canada ROE/EI and Mexico IMSS is a plus.

Job description

• 2-3+ years’ experience in US & Canada Leave of Absence (FMLA, ADA, PFL) and employee inquiry management.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and absence management tools.
• Hands-on experience with California EDD Voluntary Plan filings; exposure to Canada (ROE/EI) & Mexico (IMSS) is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s + 2 yrs HR/Benefits experience (or Associate’s + 4 yrs / High School + 6 yrs).
