Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administers and supports employee benefits programs, including leave management, new hire benefits enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Pulls reports from HRIS and benefits systems to track enrollment, leave usage, and compliance metrics.
  • Answers questions from employees regarding benefits eligibility, claims, and coverage.
  • Coordinates with benefits vendors, payroll, and HR teams to resolve benefits-related issues and ensure timely processing of enrollments and claims.
  • Educates employees on wellness programs, retirement plans, and resources to maximize benefits utilization.
  • Assists with benefits audits, open enrollment planning, and cross-functional HR projects.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits, including ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
