Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation is seeking a Senior Benefits and Leave Administrator to lead company-wide benefits reconciliation, vendor management, and open enrollment across Oregon and California. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and SOP documentation while supporting the HR team.

This individual contributor position focuses on leave of absence and ADA programs for Oregon, and acts as a subject matter expert for California, delivering accurate, compliant service and maintaining

Qualifications

• 7+ years in benefits and leave administration, multi-state experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, COBRA, ACA, workers' comp, and Oregon leave laws.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field; professional certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits administration across all offerings with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead annual open enrollment for both states, including system config, communications, and audits.
• Manage carriers, brokers, and vendor relationships; serve as primary contact for escalations.
