Bemis Manufacturing Company, based in Sheboygan Falls, WI, is seeking a Benefits Manager to design, implement, oversee, and administer all company wellness, health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs. You will ensure accurate enrollment, regulatory compliance, and competitive plan offerings while guiding on eligibility, coverage, and claims.

You’ll analyze benefits data to inform policy decisions and coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent
• 7+ years of benefits administration experience
• CEBS certification preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS and data analytics tools

Mansioni

• Manage wellness, health, dental, vision, life, disability and retirement plans
• Evaluate and negotiate benefit plan offerings and providers
• Lead open enrollment cycles and communication sessions
• Ensure regulatory compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA
• Provide guidance on eligibility, coverage, claims and policy questions
• Generate benefits metrics to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with employees, managers, brokers, carriers, and vendors
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with providers and vendors
