Job summary

DataOne is seeking a Benefits and Learning & Development Specialist to administer health and life insurance programs, manage leave, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for staff. You will serve as the benefits SME and work with payroll to ensure accurate deductions, reporting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–4+ years in benefits administration or training coordination, with HRIS/LMS experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 2–4+ years in benefits or training coordination.
• Experience with health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
• Proficient with HRIS and LMS systems (Workday/ADP/UKG).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life plans.
• Administer day-to-day benefits operations: enrollments, changes, terminations, and life events.
• Coordinate onboarding and training, track completion, and generate reports for leadership.
