You will work across departments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction, including on-site meetings and collaboration with benefit teams.

Developed candidates bring 5+ years in health benefits, strong written communication, and familiarity with claim/enrollment systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of equivalent health benefits experience.
• Minimum 5 years of benefit experience.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, document and review benefit and client documentation for sign-off and downstream systems.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to review benefit documentation and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate interpretation of benefit paperwork.
