Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years in group health.
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of complex billing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter support to account management for underwriting, ancillary products, and market dynamics.
• Serve as subject matter expert for billing operations and resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing master roster.
• Develop and maintain forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual) and identify trends and risks.
• Support plan design implementations translating state legislation into business requirements.
• Lead vendor integrations for State members.
• Coordinate with account management and support teams.
