Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats is seeking an HR & Benefits Specialist to administer and coordinate employee benefits across three plant locations, based at the Merriam Corporate Office. You will act as the UKG Benefits Administration SME and support HRIS-related benefits data integrity and enrollments.

You will partner with payroll, HR teams, and leadership to plan open enrollment, educate employees, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and exceptional service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of benefits administration or HR operations experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit programs across all plant locations.
• Partner with UKG Benefits Administration, brokers, carriers, and vendors for enrollments and changes.
• Monitor eligibility and review enrollment reports for accuracy in UKG and carrier systems.
• Maintain benefit records, documentation, and employee files.
• Educate employees on plan options, eligibility, enrollment procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment across locations with planning and communications.
• Serve as UKG HRIS SME for Benefits Administration and related data integrity.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Plant HR, and Operations leaders on improvements.
