Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to oversee the employee benefits programs across the Tribal Government, Rolling Hills Clinic, and other enterprises. The role handles enrollment, records, and HR transactions under supervision, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal and tribal policies.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2 years of benefit administration experience (5 years acceptable), and THRP certification or ability

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in benefits administration, or 5 years in benefits.
• THRP certification or ability to attain within first year.
• Experience with group insurance, COBRA, 401(k), and wellness programs.

Responsabilidades

• Administer day-to-day benefits programs across multiple entities.
• Coordinate enrollment, renewal and delivery of benefits.
• Maintain benefits data and HIPAA-compliant records in HRIS.
• Lead Open Enrollment with HR leadership.
• Ensure ACA, state and tribal compliance and reporting.
