Job summary

Boise Independent School District seeks an experienced HR leader to supervise and manage human resources staff. You will oversee record-keeping, reporting, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district policies.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate with Employment Manager and other departments. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, related field or equivalent experiene in the Human Resources field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of human resources staff.
• Ensure adherence to laws, rules, and district policies.
• Maintain and prepare HR records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with staff and departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Interpret and apply applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
