• Oversee recruitment logistics, onboarding, and record maintenance.
• Administer Paylocity and workflows, run reports, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate open enrollment timelines and communications.
• Assist with payroll tasks and benefits-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records.
• Support office operations and event planning as needed.
