Job summary

Beyond Support Network is seeking a Rep Payee/Housing Coordinator to oversee benefits, entitlements, and personal funds for individuals served. You will support Social Security, housing subsidies, Medicaid, SNAP, HEAP, and other programs, while promoting independence and informed decision-making.

You will coordinate with SSA, housing agencies, and care staff to ensure timely applications, renewals, and compliance. Strong budgeting, reporting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing benefits, budgeting, and documentation for individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to educate individuals on benefits, budgeting, and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Representative Payee per SSA regulations.
• Manage Social Security, SSI, SSDI, and other benefit funds for individuals.
• Maintain accurate accounting of income, expenditures, balances, and transactions.
• Process rent, utilities, medical, and personal expense payments.
• Coordinate Medicaid, SNAP, HEAP applications and renewals.
• Assist with housing subsidy applications and related documentation.
• Prepare records for SSA reporting and audits.
