Job summary

Clario is a Benefits Generalist role focused on administering and analyzing employee benefits, including medical, retirement, and wellness programs. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and carriers to ensure compliant, accurate benefits administration and drive program improvements.

In addition to strong benefits knowledge, you will deliver exceptional employee support, manage enrollments and vendor relations, and contribute to governance, reporting, and communications across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms; strong Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of retirement plan administration and compliance activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support employee benefit and retirement programs across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and savings accounts.
• Manage enrollment activities, funding processes, deductions, and contributions with benefit providers.
• Review vendor invoices, reconcile billing, and resolve issues with Payroll and Finance.
• Serve as primary resource for benefits inquiries with outstanding customer support.
• Coordinate with carriers, recordkeepers, vendors, and internal partners on eligibility and enrollment.
