The role starts onsite for training, then moves to a hybrid schedule. Ideal candidates have data entry, admin support, and billing experience with strong attention to detail and communication skills, plus growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of data entry, administrative support, coordination or billing experience.
• Healthcare, medical billing or benefits administration experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and follow procedures; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment forms, eligibility records, payroll reports, and member contributions accurately.
• Review and reconcile account information, investigate discrepancies, and resolve errors.
• Respond to participant inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, payments, and accounts.
• Communicate with employers, vendors, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Assist with retiree accounts, COBRA, self-payments, and other benefit transactions.
• Troubleshoot data entry and processing issues while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Support team goals and contribute to process improvements.
