Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Benefits Associate in the United States to support administration of the firm’s employee benefit program.

You will serve as a key resource on benefit plans, enrollment, eligibility and claims and help with day-to-day tasks and communication for effective administration. You will explain policy features to employees, respond to questions, process questions on tuition/certification, assist with enrollment materials and open enrollment events, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 1+ year of benefit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Explain the features of benefit policies, plans, and enrollment procedures to employees.
• Communicate, verbally and in writing, all aspects of the benefits program and respond to basic questions from employees concerning plan content.
• Process Tuition/Certification/Designation questions, requests, and payments.
• Assist with organizing, explaining, and distributing enrollment materials and the enrollment process.
• Assist with wellbeing projects and events.
• Process monthly benefit invoices and other related vendor invoices.
• Audit enrollment and vendor eligibility/funding files for benefit programs.
• Act as liaison to health, welfare, and 401(k) third party administrators and coordinate meetings.
