Job Title: Benefits Enrollment Counselor

Monthly Pay: $7,500 - $8,300 USD per month

Summary:

This is not a generic office role: you will guide employees through benefits-plan elections, clarify coverage choices, and help ensure enrollment records are ready for plan setup. This fully remote, full-time position combines consultative conversations with precise enrollment coordination across benefits plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide employees through plan enrollment, explaining coverage options, premium contributions, and election deadlines.
• Review applications and eligibility documents, resolving missing details before submission.
• Maintain enrollment records in HRIS, including elections, life events, and confirmations.
• Partner with HR contacts, carriers, and plan vendors on complex questions.
• Create timely follow-ups while safeguarding confidential participant information.

Qualifications:

• Experience assisting people with forms, account updates, or program questions.
• Familiarity with enrollment periods, qualifying events, and COBRA requirements.
• Comfort navigating HRIS platforms and securely handling participant information.
• Ability to explain premiums, deductions, and coverage options in plain language.
• Sound judgment when escalating eligibility or enrollment discrepancies.
• Home-based work with clear remote collaboration practices.
