Guiding Clients Through Benefits Enrollment

You walk individuals and families through their benefits options, answering questions and helping them understand what each plan covers. Your role centers on making the enrollment process clear and manageable so clients can make informed decisions. You document each conversation and keep files current so the team has a complete view of every client's status.

Coordinating Across the Team

You work alongside other associates to keep enrollment cases moving. When a client needs additional information or a handoff, you prepare notes and flag next steps so nothing stalls. You track which cases are active, which need attention, and where the team should focus next.

Building Your Knowledge Over Time

Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. You learn benefits products through structured guidance and real client interactions. As your understanding deepens, you take on more complex cases and broaden the clients you serve.
