Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies at S528A - Tenth and Tusk in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Porter for full-time, non-exempt work on-site. You will help maintain common areas and prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, basic repairs, landscaping upkeep, and coordinating with the Property Manager to sustain curb appeal and safety across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and other common areas clean and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Property Manager regarding issues needing attention.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
