Wincome Hospitality is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and manage employee benefit programs in Anaheim, California. Responsibilities include managing health plans, retirement programs, and compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Workday and deep knowledge of regulatory matters.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with Workday, CPP preferred.
• Strong reasoning and math skills.
• Must have valid CA Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of benefits operations including employee benefit programs.
• Administer medical, dental, vision and other employee benefit programs.
• Lead annual open enrollment and benefit renewal processes.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations.

Conocimientos

Business proficiency in Payroll Systems (Workday)

Benefit reconciliation experience

Subject matter expertise in regulatory compliance

Strong knowledge of California payroll laws

Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Educación

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience
