Wincome Hospitality in Anaheim, CA seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in compliance with company policies.

The role requires leading Workday payroll administration, audits, and collaboration with Finance/HR to optimize payroll processes and benefit-related transactions for a growing hospitality portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with Workday.
• CPP preferred but not required.
• Regulatory/compliance expertise including HIPAA, ACA/PCORI, ERISA, 5500s, and related state/local laws.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity US payroll, especially California.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience; CA driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities and pay groups.
• Lead Workday Payroll administration, UAT, and validation efforts.
• Ensure benefit deductions, retirement contributions, and payroll-related deductions are accurate.
• Oversee payroll audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to optimize payroll processes and reporting.
• Mentor and train payroll staff; develop payroll SOPs and controls.
