Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Provider Data Analyst to maintain the hospital, group and billing provider database and prepare rosters and enrollment reports. You will ensure data accuracy, support quality/compliance initiatives, and partner with billing to resolve credentialing issues.

Responsibilities include analyzing provider data to meet regulatory requirements, delivering timely reports, and driving process improvements in enrollment and credentialing workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in common database, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Bachelor's Degree in related area and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, EMR systems, and credentialing software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the provider database for hospital, group and billing providers and prepare rosters and enrollments reports.
• Ensure data integrity and assist with regulatory and third-party reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with billing to resolve credentialing issues and drive process improvements in enrollment workflows.
