OneDigital is a people-focused firm helping employers provide health, pharmacy, disability, vision and other insurance solutions. The Client Service Specialist supports sales and client management by handling group enrollment, renewals and admin tasks to improve workflows and responsiveness.

Responsibilities include coordinating applications to carriers, collecting missing information, updating census and commissions, and using Microsoft CRM for filing.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Assist with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers.
• Collect missing information from groups and send approval letters to clients.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for new and renewal business.
• Update census, policy information and commissions for accounts.
• Assist with renewals and new business applications.
• Attach applications to client files in CRM.
• Process outgoing packages and coordinate materials.
• Provide phone back-up and handle service issue follow-ups.
