Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years in Employee Benefits Administration or 5 years related experience if no degree.
• Solid knowledge of group health and welfare benefit plan coverage, regulations, and pricing principles.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Life & Health Insurance license must be current for required states.

Responsibilities

• Lead the D&A team and coordinate with Account Managers, Producers/Consultants and carriers.
• Supervise day-to-day performance, workload, and attendance for the D&A team.
• Provide feedback and development plans to teammates with measurable goals.
• Manage customer assignments and renewals; support market and plan modeling decisions.
• Oversee reporting deliverables and train others on reporting processes.
• Represent financial strategy in client meetings and prepare analyses for discussions.
