Goldwater Care is seeking a highly organized Benefits Coordinator to manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, FMLA, unemployment, and workers’ compensation. You will support employees through the claims process while ensuring accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with HR, payroll, and management to handle enrollment, reporting, audits, and open enrollment activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• Certifications CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
• 1–2 years of benefits coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, unemployment, workers' compensation laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs.
• Process FMLA requests and communicate eligibility.
• Assist with unemployment claims and reporting.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims with providers and carriers.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide employee guidance on enrollment and claims.
• Prepare reports on benefit usage and costs.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and management.
