Role Overview: This position involves leading the design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients, including analysis, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking.

As a project manager, you will serve as the main client contact, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will also oversee risk management, financial performance, and contribute to market activities.

For senior roles, you will take a lead in plan design and management, guiding junior staff and ensuring project success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent experience in employer benefit strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; professional designations such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA, or other approved credentials are preferred.
• Experience managing multiple large client engagements, teams, and projects.
• Deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, carriers, and relevant technology.
• Strong analytical, consultative, and project management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to work at client sites and travel up to 15%.
