Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on designing and managing employee benefit plans for complex clients.

You will lead plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking, serving as project manager and main client contact. Travel to client locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience for Senior Manager or 8 years for Manager in employer benefit strategies.
• Experience leading large client engagements and multiple projects.
• Deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
