Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $58.00/hr

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary

Leads development and implementation of benefits practices that support the organization's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops benefits policies and practices.
• Leads benefits program evaluation, research, and strategy.
• Recommends modifications to benefits practices. Identifies and resolves benefits-related initiatives and issues.
• Researches and recommends new benefits practices and policies.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of benefits experience.
