Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team in analysis and execution of programs and policies related to global benefits and retirement.

Responsibilities

  • Support of all global benefit and retirement programs execution and administration.
  • Administration across both programs includes vendor management, internal stakeholder coordination and process champion, strong customer-service orientation, and ability to work across all levels in organization.
  • Provide benefit and retirement analysis for U.S (United States) & global benefits for program strategy development. Provides reports regarding data findings.
  • In-depth and practical knowledge of global benefits (including health and welfare, leave-of-absence, disability and insurance policies, and wellness programs) and global retirement (including US 401k, pension and non-qualified, and international DC and DB plans). Track record of implementing/refining policies and establishing process improvements.
  • Administers and evaluates benefit and retirement programs, has sound knowledge of laws governing compliance applicable to health/welfare and retirement benefits (COBRA, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act), ACA (Affordable Care Act), FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ADA, and HIPAA).
  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyze practical solutions using technical experience, judgment, and prior precedent.
  • Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes, and internal customers.
  • Participate on assigned project teams to achieve common goals, while building integrated collaborative relationships with other team members, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for global benefit and retirement day-to-day administration, working across various stakeholders in HR, Legal and Finance to execute program and ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and budget tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement programs, collecting feedback from HRBPs, Managers, and participants to improve experience, recommend best practices and new program ideas.
  • Partner with other team members and/or vendors to develop education/communication materials on the global benefit and retirement programs.
  • Act as daily contact with vendors. Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors that facilitate high service levels to client base, streamline administrative processes and concerns, and ensure internal and external compliance standards are met.
  • Monitor programs to ensure they comply with plan documentation, local regulations and monitor the market for changes and trends in similar offerings.
  • Support HRBP regarding benefits and retirement related questions and provide communications/training on program changes. Also, respond to elevated colleague issues and concerns as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll deduction and interface files with vendors; instruct providers with corrections needed.
  • Support US Benefits annual enrollment and international benefit annual renewal projects.
  • Administer US non-qualified retirement plan distributions; monitor termination activity and provide plan payment data to payroll for processing.
  • Provide US 401k annual compliance testing and true-up data: analyze data to ensure compliance with the Plan.
  • Gather data for annual retirement government filings (5500s, PBGC, UK Annual Enrollment Certification, etc.) and assists with filing submissions.
  • Support with data collection for annual Plan audits.
  • Participation in retirement and benefit surveys and analyze market data for recommendations from U.S. and Global Benefits brokers.
  • Responsible for administration of tuition reimbursement program and coordination with internal HRBPs.
  • Perform necessary global rewards analytics for ROI (return on investment) on programs to help the business make performance driven decisions.
  • Support acquisition-related due-diligence and integration analyses.
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably specializing in rewards, benefits, and retirement
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work to an elevated level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change
  • Ability to work globally across cultures
  • Flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Total Rewards Package

The salary range for this position is USD $76,000.00/Yr. - USD $104,000.00/Yr.

Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
