Engage PEO, recognized on the "INC. 5000 Honor Roll for the Fastest Growing Private Companies’ is seeking future Engagers who are ready to build a rewarding future. The Benefits Consultant II will provide support to the Engage PEO Sales, Sales leadership team, and broker referral distribution channel on activities related to the marketing, sales, and service of employee benefit plans for clients and prospects. This position actively supports assigned Engage PEO Sales leadership in soliciting new PEO business and agency-led new business initiatives. It also provides mentoring and partnership to Benefit Operations, Service Center, Implementation, and Account Management.

The salary range for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the salary range may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this salary range.
Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000
