Position Summary: HCM Consultant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an HCM Consultant II. We value individuals with a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for their work. This role requires excellent client relationship skills, system-driven approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for someone with expert knowledge in UKG Ready Implementation and optimization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of client-side implementation projects.
  • Manage daily project tasks for successful payroll transition.
  • Configure workflows to optimize system buildout.
  • Maintain high level of HCM technology knowledge.
  • Create custom reports and showcase templated reports.
  • Provide custom system training for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years’ experience in high-volume, client-facing implementation roles within vendor or consulting organizations.
  • Expertise in UKG Ready, including payroll and implementation experience.
  • Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
