Responsibilities include:

1. Managing live support tickets and ensuring smooth post-Go-Live performance.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving high-volume support issues.
3. Performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
4. Communicating effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of SAP EWM configuration experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of SDLC.
• Self-motivated with an independent work style.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
