Overview:

As an SAP TM Consultant II, you’ll play a key role in supporting live SAP TM environments by troubleshooting and resolving system issues with minimal oversight. You will act as a bridge between end-users and the technical team, ensuring high levels of service and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-Go-Live SAP TM hypercare support independently
• Resolve a high volume of support tickets with efficiency
• Diagnose system errors and implement effective fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical escalations
• Analyze system data and suggest performance improvements

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP TM configuration experience
• Solid understanding of SAP logistics execution and transportation processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
