Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team to provide exceptional support to Employer Groups of 100–499 lives through daily guidance and education of their benefit products.

You will manage new cases, renewals, amendments, enrollments, and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, policyholders, and vendors to deliver the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in group benefits insurance space in client management.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage new case, renewal activity, and amendments.
• Identify and promote additional lines of coverage or plan improvements; promote new product offerings and enhanced features.
• Recommend plan changes as appropriate.
• Facilitate enrollment and re-enrollment processes; conduct enrollment meetings or attend benefit fairs as needed.
• Highlight advantages of doing business with The Standard in coordination with the Sales Representative.
• Cultivaterelationships with internal and external customers (Sales Reps, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, vendors) to achieve the best outcomes.
