Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team to provide exceptional support and customer service to Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives, with daily guidance and education of their benefit products.

You’ll manage new cases, renewals, enrollments, and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, and Employer Groups while promoting plan improvements and new product features. Remote work is possible with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs of experience in group benefits insurance space focusing on client management.
• High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred.
• Licensure in Life and Disability insurance is required across the office's territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage new case, renewal activity, and amendments.
• Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements; promote new product offerings and enhanced features.
• Recommend plan changes as appropriate.
• Facilitate enrollment and re-enrollment; conduct enrollment meetings or attend benefit fairs as needed.
• Highlight advantages of doing business with The Standard in coordination with the Sales Representative.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external customers to provide the best outcomes.
