Job summary

Ross & Yerger Insurance, Inc. is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Manager to act as the primary service contact and manage relationships for group clients. You will support the Producer and Department Manager, ensuring high service standards throughout the policy lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in employee benefits or health insurance. You will be responsible for managing client renewals, improving client interactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits or health insurance.
• Ability to communicate plan details effectively to clients.
• Life & Health insurance license required within 6 months.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary service contact for group clients.
• Assist clients with benefit plan compliance matters.
• Maintain proficiency in the Agency Management System.
