Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Attorney in Phoenix, AZ with at least four years of experience to advise employers on health and welfare plans, 401(k) and retirement issues, and related benefits. The attorney will collaborate with corporate, labor and employment, and ERISA litigation teams.

Responsibilities include advising on health plan matters, overseeing retirement plans, and maintaining client relationships with in-house counsel and HR.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of four years of benefits and compensation experience.
• Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility to obtain it.
