Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an organized HR Analyst (Benefits) at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. This on-site role supports the benefits team and HR leadership, analyzing claims data, ensuring plan compliance, and developing dashboards and executive reports.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with strong Excel skills, HRIS experience, and the ability to handle confidential information with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Ability to create/edit reports in MS Office.
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
• Understand health and welfare plans, CMS, ACA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit benefit claims data for compliance and pricing.
• Audit state/federal mandated reporting with Benefit Manager and Director of Benefits.
• Validate data file transmission with third-party vendors.
• Model data to identify cost-saving opportunities for plan design and renewals.
• Develop standard dashboards and executive reporting packages.
