Job summary

CSC, in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a Benefits Analyst for the Global Benefits Strategy team within People & Culture. You will administer and analyze U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement, and partner with brokers, consultants, and internal teams to keep programs competitive and compliant.

You will lead data analysis for renewals, benchmark plans, and help develop recommendations. Global benefits exposure is a plus; strong analytical, communication, and project management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with significant experience supporting U.S. benefits programs.
• Exposure to global or multi-country benefits programs is a plus, but not required; willingness and ability to learn global benefits practices is important.
• Experience supporting or leading benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, or related benefits projects.
• Experience working with benefits brokers, consultants, advisors, and/or vendors.
• Experience analyzing benefits data and developing recommendations based on findings.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate benefits terminology, concepts, and industry practices.
• Experience presenting information, analysis, or recommendations to internal stakeholders and/or leadership.

• Lead and drive benefits initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and research to provide data-driven insights for benefit program enhancements.
• Administer and manage U.S. benefits programs, as well as support global and multi-country benefit initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective benefit solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain competitive and compliant benefits offerings.
