Jobtailor seeks an experienced benefits professional to lead and advise on U.S. employee benefits programs, including healthcare and 401(k). The role emphasizes data-driven renewals, benchmarking, and collaboration with brokers and internal teams.

You will analyze benefits data, track market trends, and communicate findings to leadership, ensuring competitive, compliant programs and successful project execution across global initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with focus on U.S. healthcare and 401(k).
Experience supporting or leading benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, or related projects.
Experience working with brokers, consultants, advisors, and vendors.
Experience analyzing benefits data and developing actionable recommendations.
Understanding benefits terminology and industry practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter resource for U.S. employee benefits including healthcare and 401(k).
Support and lead annual U.S. benefits renewals through data analysis, plan reviews, benchmarking, vendor coordination, and recommendations.
Partner with brokers, consultants, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders.
