Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support administration of health, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs. The role reports to the Benefits Manager in the Human Resources department and operates within a multi-hospital system headquartered in Bend, Oregon.

The analyst will manage enrollments, life events, and transactions via Workday, reconcile eligibility and vendor invoices, and assist with compliance activities and reporting. Travel to SCHS worksites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years progressively responsible experience supporting a human resources team.
• Familiarity with HR laws, policies, and regulations related to employment and benefits (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, administering benefit programs through the HRIS (Workday).
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, and related transactions with data integrity and compliance.
• Generate reports and analyze benefits, wellness, and engagement programs.
