Group 1001 is seeking a Benefits Analyst to lead day-to-day benefits administration, compliance, and wellness initiatives. The role drives enrollment, inquiries, and vendor coordination while advancing wellness engagement and program enhancements.

Collaboration with Payroll, HRIS, and external partners is essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in benefits, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday HRIS, with a degree preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years related work experience with strong knowledge of employee benefits
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience coordinating or managing wellness programs, including measuring participation and implementing improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and follow-through
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciling large data files
• Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service
• Ability to handle confidential information and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to work independently while remaining adaptable to changing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations for the benefits program (health, dental, vision, FSAs, life and disability, wellness, tuition assistance)
• Serve as primary resource for employee benefit inquiries
• Monitor Benefits mailbox and Workday Case Management queue; respond promptly
• Review benefit change requests and ensure accurate Workday changes
• Manage tuition assistance lifecycle from preapproval to reimbursement
• Support leave of absence process with third party administrator
• Support annual enrollment activities, including system configuration testing
• Review and process vendor invoices for timely payments
• Advise Payroll on benefit-related deductions
• Wellness program manager – sustain and enhance the program
• Develop, organize, and execute wellness events and challenges
• Track and report wellness metrics (participation/engagement)
• Identify communication opportunities aligned with Benefits and Wellness goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external wellness partners
