• Experience managing leaves (FMLA, state leaves, disability).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail in managing benefits data; Eastern Time Zone hours 8am-5pm.

• Monitoring and analyzing benefits metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Leading projects to integrate benefits programs with other HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
