KBA74 is seeking a proactive Business & Data Analyst to bridge business operations and technology in our IT team. You will support benefit administration systems, analyze processes for automation, and help develop reports for management and clients.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in enterprise applications and data management. This is an in-person position based on site in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting business and technology services.
• Experience with BASYS, ISSI, or similar enterprise applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for benefit administration systems and related platforms.
• Analyze processes for automation and efficiency improvements; document SOPs.
• Develop and validate operational and management reports; assist with data for audits.
• Create user training materials and conduct training on systems and workflows.
• Support compliance, security controls, and documentation requests.
