Job description

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for U.S. employee benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), and other benefit programs.
  • Support and lead annual U.S. benefits renewals through data analysis, plan reviews, benchmarking, vendor coordination, and recommendations.
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze benefits data, market trends, employee feedback, and other information to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in benefits projects and initiatives, including global benefits, time and absence, and Total Rewards.
  • Research benefits practices, legislation, and market trends across the U.S. and other countries.
  • Prepare findings, analysis, recommendations, and communications for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support implementation and ongoing administration of benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments to maintain competitive and compliant programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and benefits-related information.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with significant experience supporting U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement/401(k) programs.
  • Experience supporting or leading benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, or related benefits projects.
  • Experience working with benefits brokers, consultants, advisors, and/or vendors.
  • Experience analyzing benefits data and developing recommendations based on findings.
  • Ability to understand and communicate benefits terminology, concepts, and industry practices.
  • Experience presenting information, analysis, or recommendations to internal stakeholders and/or leadership.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems and benefits technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with sensitive information.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and HRIS/HCM systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee and benefits information professionally and discreetly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to learn global benefits practices.

Demonstrates expertise in U.S. employee benefits management, including healthcare and 401(k) programs, with strong analytical skills to develop actionable recommendations and support benefits renewals. Proficient in project management and communication, ensuring compliance and competitive program administration.
