Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Benefits Analyst II in California to support client relationships through renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling. The role requires strong Excel and math skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a CA Life Agent license.

Qualifications

  • High School / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
  • Must hold a valid CA Life Agent license.

Responsibilities

  • Supports renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling.
  • Functions as analytical subject matter expert in strategy meetings with Account Executive and Producer.
  • Organizes and tracks carrier and vendor bids; follows up on submissions.
  • Reviews bids for compliance and maintains client databases.
  • Prepares internal summaries and presentation content.
