Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years related experience.
• Must hold a valid CA Life Agent license.
• Strong Excel and math skills; attention to detail; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Functions as analytical SME in strategy meetings with Account Executive and Producer, including status of marketing activity.
• Supports renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling.
• Addresses carrier questions during Market Analysis and advises on client benefit strategy.
• Conducts Market Analysis: develops strategy, analyzes results, and prepares summaries and presentations.
• Reviews census data, benefits and claims data for Market Analysis and data accuracy.
• Organizes bids, follows up on submissions, and addresses carrier questions during process.
• Reviews bids for compliance and maintains client databases in internal systems.
• Supports plan change tracking, rate negotiations, renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling.
• Creates and updates templates, timelines, exhibits, and reports for internal and client use.
